Scope of Service & Important Notice
(Please Read Before Booking/Purchase)

1) What I offer:

My services are provided as spiritual and inner transformation support, which may include (depending on your selected offer and the needs of the session):

  • Guidance, teaching, and practices related to the Akashic Records

  • Intuitive/channeled messages primarily through your own Higher Self, Records, and guiding energies

  • Light Language transmission and integration guidance

  • Tools for sovereignty, discernment, boundaries, nervous-system/embodiment integration, and grounded action

 

The core of my work is sovereign awakening—supporting you in returning to inner clarity and taking responsibility for your life choices.

2) What I do not offer (important):

These services are not and does not replace any of the following:

  • Medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical advice

  • Psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention (e.g., self-harm/other-harm risk, acute severe trauma states)

  • Legal, investment, tax, or immigration advice

  • Guaranteed outcomes (results vary by individual circumstances, integration, and choices)

If you are experiencing significant mental/physical distress or a crisis, please seek qualified local medical/mental health support or emergency resources first.

3) Eligibility: psychiatric diagnoses (currently not accepted)

Due to the nature of this work and risk considerations, I currently do not accept clients/students with known psychiatric diagnoses into my services/programs/containers.

If you are unsure whether your situation is suitable, please consult your licensed healthcare professional first. You may also email me briefly (no sensitive details needed) and I can help you assess whether a referral to more appropriate support is recommended.

4) Third-party reading policy

I follow strict energetic ethics and protocols:

  • I do not perform third-party readings (e.g., accessing or attempting to access the energy, thoughts, private information, Akashic Records, or guidance of your partner/family/colleagues/any third party without their consent).

  • If, during a session, your Higher Self/Akashic Records naturally bring forward insights that are about you and serve the highest good (e.g., your lessons, boundaries, and choices within a relationship), that is still a client-centered reading. I do not intentionally “enter” a third party’s field to obtain information.

5) Recording, confidentiality, and sharing guidelines (Important)

5.1 What recordings you may receive
 

  • Online (Zoom) sessions: I may provide a video recording after the session (subject to arrangement and technical availability).

  • In-person sessions: I may provide an audio recording after the session (subject to arrangement and technical availability).

  • You may also record for your personal integration if it does not disrupt the session and the platform allows it.

 

5.2 Retention period

  • Any recording provided by me (if applicable) will be retained for 7 days after the session and then deleted.

  • Please download and back up within that period; re-sending after deletion may not be possible.

 

5.3 Confidentiality & usage (mutual respect)

  • Any recording is for your personal review and integration only.

  • Without written consent from both parties, neither party may publicly post, distribute, edit, monetize, or share session content (including recordings, transcripts, screenshots, names, or identifiable personal information) on social media, media outlets, websites, or third-party platforms.

 

5.4 What counts as “public sharing”?

 

Public sharing includes (not limited to):

  • Uploading any recording or clips to social media, podcasts, YouTube, websites, courses, or communities (including paid groups)

  • Posting any content that includes my voice/image/name/handle or identifiable excerpts of my guidance

  • Publishing edited, quoted, or rewritten versions of my in-session guidance/teaching/transmission

 

5.5 Safer ways to share (typically no additional permission needed)

 

In general, you are welcome to share:

  • Anonymous written testimonials focused on your experience, without verbatim session details, sensitive information, or identifiable excerpts of my facilitation

  • Post-session photos (only with mutual consent from both you and me, and without exposing any other participant’s personal data)

When in doubt, please ask—I’m happy to help you shape a share that is true and protective for both of us.

 

5.6 Sharing content that includes “my part” (prior permission required)

 

If you wish to publicly share anything that includes:

  • My voice/image/name/handle; and/or

  • My facilitation words, transmissions, teachings (including transcripts or near-verbatim quotes),
    you must obtain my explicit prior permission.

 

If I agree, I may set conditions (e.g., clip boundaries, maintaining context, no misleading edits, and requiring you to tag my social handle). Even if you are willing to tag me, I reserve the right to approve or decline to ensure ethical and contextual integrity.

6) Post-session energetic closure & information handling

For energetic hygiene and clear boundaries:

  • At the end of each session, I intentionally close the connection and disconnect from your Akashic Records/Higher Self/guiding energies.

  • Within about 10 minutes after the session, I clear my field and release my hold on session details, as a practice of privacy and respect.

Therefore, if you later ask me to recall detailed specifics, I may not be able to reproduce them fully; please rely on your recording and notes.

7) Payment methods

Payment methods may include (depending on location and offer):

  • Credit card (Stripe via website checkout and Calendly)

  • Bank transfer

  • PayMe / FPS (Hong Kong clients)

 

Completing payment indicates you have read and agreed to this notice and the related policies (including cancellation/rescheduling/refund/no-show rules as shown below at 8) and on the checkout page).

8) Refund, Cancellations, Rescheduling, No-show policy

Please read before booking:

| Refund policy
All sales are final. Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, including for missed sessions, late arrivals, or change of mind.

If I cancel: If I need to cancel your session, you may reschedule at no cost. If rescheduling is not possible, you may choose either (a) a full refund or (b) session credit.

| Cancellation, Rescheduling, Lateness & No‑show

  • Reschedule/Cancellation: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time via Calendly.

  • Late arrival: If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled end time (late arrival does not extend the session).

  • No‑show: If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, you will be considered a no‑show and the session fee is forfeited.

    Emergency exception (at my discretion): If you email me within 24 hours after the session with a reasonable emergency explanation, you may reschedule once by paying a 50% rescheduling fee (50% of the original session fee). This exception is granted at my sole discretion.

9) Your sovereignty & responsibility

You are always the decision-maker in your life. My role is to provide support, guidance, and tools; you remain responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. If you feel overwhelmed, uncomfortable, or in need of different support, please communicate—we can adjust pace, pause, or refer out.

1) 我提供的服務：

我提供的服務屬於靈性與內在轉化支持，可能包含（依你所選方案與當次需求而定）：

  • 阿卡西紀錄（Akashic Records，以下稱「阿卡西紀錄」）相關的引導、教學與練習

  • 直覺/通靈式的訊息傳遞（以「你自己的更高自我、紀錄、指導能量」為核心）

  • 光語傳導（Light Language）與整合引導

  • 協助你建立主權、分辨力、界線、身心整合與落地行動的轉化工具

 

我的工作核心是：主權覺醒（sovereign awakening）——支持你回到內在清晰，
並對自己的人生選擇負責。

2) 我不提供的服務（重要）：

本服務不屬於、亦不取代以下專業：

  • 醫療診斷、治療、處方或醫療建議

  • 心理治療、精神醫療、危機處理（例如自傷/他傷風險、嚴重創傷急性期）

  • 法律、投資、稅務、移民等專業建議

  • 對結果的保證（每個人的狀態、整合速度與人生選擇不同，成果因人而異）

 

若你正在經歷嚴重身心困擾或危機狀況，
請優先尋求當地合資格醫療/心理專業協助或緊急資源。

3) 參與條件：精神科相關（目前一律不接受）

基於服務性質與風險考量，我目前一律不接受已知有精神科診斷（psychiatric diagnosis）者參與我的服務/課程/活動。

若你不確定自己的狀況是否適合，請先諮詢你的醫療/心理專業人員；你也可以在預約前先來信簡述狀況（不需提供敏感細節），我會協助你判斷是否需要轉介到更合適的支持。

4) 關於第三方讀取（第三方訊息）政策

我嚴格遵循的能量倫理與協議：

  • 我不進行第三方讀取：例如在未獲對方同意的情況下，去讀取/調閱你的伴侶、家人、同事或任何第三人的能量狀態、思想、私密資訊、阿卡西紀錄或指導訊息。

  • 在個案過程中，若你的更高自我/阿卡西紀錄自然呈現與「你」相關、且符合最高善的洞見（例如協助你理解你在某段關係中的課題與界線），那屬於以你為主體的訊息；但我不會、也不以任何方式「刻意進入」第三方的場域來取得資訊。

5) 錄影/錄音、保密與公開分享規範（重要）

5.1 你會收到什麼形式的紀錄
​

  • 線上（Zoom）會談：我可於會談後提供影像錄製檔（video recording）（依當次安排與技術狀況為準）。

  • 線下（面對面）會談：我可於會談後提供音檔（audio recording）（依當次安排與技術狀況為準）。

  • 你亦可在不影響會談進行的前提下，自行錄製作為個人整合用途（若使用平台功能允許）。

5.2 檔案保存期限
 

  • 我方提供的錄影/錄音檔（若有）將於會談完成後保存 7 天，並在期限後刪除。

  • 請你在期限內完成下載與備份；逾期我可能無法補發。

5.3 保密與使用權（雙向尊重）
 

  • 你獲得的錄影/錄音僅供你個人整合與回看使用。

  • 未經彼此書面同意，任何一方不得將會談內容（含錄影/錄音、逐字稿、截圖、姓名、可辨識個資）公開發布、剪輯、商用或散播到社群/媒體/第三方平台。

5.4 什麼情況屬於「公開分享」？
以下皆屬於公開分享（不只限於商業用途）：
 

  • 將錄影/錄音或其片段上傳到任何社群平台、Podcast、YouTube、網站、課程、社群群組（含付費社群）

  • 分享含有我聲音、影像、文字逐字稿、我的引導內容、或可辨識我身分的片段/截圖

  • 以剪輯、改寫、引用方式公開呈現我在會談中的引導、傳導或教學內容

  • ​

5.5 你可以如何安全分享（通常不需額外同意）
一般而言，以下分享方式較安全、也歡迎你進行：
 

  • 以「你的心得」為主的匿名文字見證（不包含會談逐字內容、敏感細節、或我可被完整辨識的引導語句）

  • 會後合照/照片（需在你我雙方都同意發布的前提下，且不含其他學員/第三人個資）

 
若你不確定是否合適，請先詢問我，我會協助你把分享調整到既真實、又保護你我雙方的版本。

5.6 若你想公開分享包含「我的部分」的內容（需要事前同意）

若你希望公開發布任何包含以下元素的內容：

  • 我的聲音/影像/姓名/帳號

  • 我在會談中的引導語、傳導內容、教學內容（含逐字稿或近似逐字的引用）
    請你務必事先取得我的明確同意。

 
在我同意公開分享的前提下，我可能會提出分享條件（例如：分享的片段範圍、保留脈絡完整、避免誤導性剪輯、以及需標註（tag）我的社群帳號等）。即使你願意標註，我也保留同意或不同意的權利，以確保內容呈現符合倫理與脈絡。

6) 會談結束後的「斷線」與資訊處理方式
（你需要知道的）

為了維持能量衛生與邊界清晰：

  • 每次會談結束時，我會有意識地關閉連結並與你的阿卡西紀錄/更高自我/指導能量完成斷線。

  • 會談後約 10 分鐘內，我會進行個人能量清理，並釋放對會談細節的記憶與抓取，以尊重你的場域與隱私。

因此，若你日後希望我回憶或補述某次會談的細節，我可能無法完整復述；請你以你保存的錄影/錄音或筆記為主要依據。

7) 付款方式與交易

我目前接受以下付款方式（依地區與方案而定）：

  • 信用卡（Stripe：官網結帳、Calendly）

  • 銀行轉帳

  • PayMe / FPS（香港客戶）

付款完成即代表你已閱讀並同意本聲明與相關條款（包含取消/改期/退費/未出席等規則，依下列8)以及你結帳頁面所示為準）。

8) 退款、取消、改期、遲到/缺席政策：

預約前敬請閱讀：

｜退款
所有付款一經完成即視為最終確認，一般情況下不設退款，包括但不限於缺席、遲到或個人改變主意。
如我方取消：如因我方原因需要取消，你可免費改期；若確實無法改期，則可選擇（a）全額退款或（b）保留作下次預約之抵用額。
 

｜取消、改期、遲到/缺席

  • 取消/改期：請於預約開始時間至少 24 小時前透過 Calendly 取消或重新安排。

  • 遲到：遲到不會延長會談時間，會談仍會按原定結束時間結束。

  • 缺席：如在預約開始後 10 分鐘內仍未出現，將視作缺席（no‑show），該次費用視作放棄。
    緊急例外（由我方酌情決定）：如你在會後 24 小時內電郵聯絡並能合理說明突發緊急狀況，可申請一次改期，但需支付原費用 50%作改期費；是否批准由我方全權酌情決定。

套票不設退款、不可轉讓；未使用堂數須於購買日起 3 個月內使用，逾期作廢。

9) 你的主權與責任

你永遠是你人生的決策者。我的角色是提供支持、引導與工具；你對自己的選擇、行動與結果負責。若你在過程中感到不適、過載或需要更合適的支持，請主動提出；我們可以調整節奏、暫停或轉介。
